Guarantee & Policies

Shipping Policy: All live items are shipped by Fedexthrough fedex priority overnight, Monday- Thursday and usually arrive by11:30am EST. Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very cleardigital photo within 3 hours of delivery (Fedex posted time). Once we receivethe digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we willissue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping.In the case of a replacement, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping($20local tri state near Illinois, $39 anywhere else). In an instance that arefunded is requested a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total(notincluding shipping). Rainbow Reef Corals cannot be held responsible formechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late,and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and come up with an amicablesolution for both parties. We can hold corals for up to a certain time oncepayment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior.Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guaranteereplacement of the same coral purchased. We are not responsible for incorrectaddresses provided by the buyer.

All purchases are final. In the event that an order isrequested to be cancelled we can offer you 100% credit for 12 months OR arefund with a 20% restocking fee(credit can only count towards the originalprice paid on the coral). This fee will be returned to you in the form of acredit towards Rainbowreefcorals.com

Arrive Alive Guarantee: We guarantee that alllivestock will arrive alive and as described. In the event of DOA (Dead OnArrival) we must be contacted within 3 hours of package delivery (Fedex postedtime), along with clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag andout of bag. In the event that a buyer does not contact Rainbow Reef Corals inthe specified 3 hour time frame to info@rainbowreefcorals.com. RRC reserves the right to decline DOAcoverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion. BUYER MUST BEAT LOCATION TO RECEIVE DELIVERY, NOT DOING SO VOIDS ALL DOA COVERAGE. Noexceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. No refunds or returns on Livepurchases, unless agreed upon otherwise. Verified DOA’s will be fully creditedtowards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is inyour tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is impliedpast delivery.
